Q) I like your stuff, how can I become a distributor?
A) Please send an email to sales@mini-box.com, specify the qty you wish to purchase and model type.

Q) What is the min. order I can place as a distributor
A) The min. order is as little as $250.

Q) Delivery schedules?
A) In qty of 100 unit, the orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding holidays, FOB Fremont, CA, US. In qty larger than 500 units, the order will take 8-12 weeks to process, FOB Taiwan. Our dc-dc converters come pre-packaged in boxes of 50 units. Unless you specify otherwise boxes of 50 units will be the default method of shipping.

Q) I am not a distributor or OEM, can I still buy your product?
A) Yes, you can order the product from our on-line store. Overseas customers, please visit our distributor list.
Small orders in qty of 1-10 will be processed in ~24-48 hours


General customer questions

Q) How much time do you need to process my order before it is shipped? ?
A) Normally, your order will be shipped within two business days if the items are in stock and there are no payment verification issues. Computer peripherals and software usually ship the same business day if the order is placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Computer systems will need 3-5 additional working days to ship.

Q) How can I cancel an order?
A) To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery..

Q) How about warranty of the products?
A) Ituner warrants their products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Ituner, at its option, will at no charge for parts and labor either replace the product or refund the purchase price of product during the warranty period.

Q) How can I return products?
A) Log in to your account and request a RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and otherwise in new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, warranties and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Q) What is the shipment method, and how much does it cost?
A) All products will be shipped according to selected method during check out. All orders sent by UPS are insured against loss, theft and damage. Shipping fees calculated at method selected rates.
