Order processing, shipping and billing info

Order processing

Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt.

Hours of operation: 9AM -5 PM PT Monday through Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and legal holidays.

Once processed, your order will ship as indicated by the "ships within" time listed on each product page.

If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties.
Ituner will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines.

How much time do you need to process my order before it is shipped?

Normally, your order will be shipped within two business days if the items are in stock and there are no payment verification issues. Computer peripherals and software usually ship the same business day if the order is placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Computer systems will need 3-5 additional working days to ship. Ituner Networks Corp. will do its best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing / shipping address or credit card information. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays.

Refused Orders

Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.

Shipping

All products will be shipped according to selected method during check out.

All orders sent by UPS are insured against loss, theft and damage. Claims must be initiated with UPS. Ituner will not be responsible for any delivery delays by UPS. In the event of any delays or lost packages, Ituner will assist customers in tracking packages shipped by UPS.

Shipping fees calculated at UPS rates. Additional service fees may be applied to orders shipped via UPS with incorrect/incomplete addresses thus resulting in additional routing charges by UPS.

Most items ship the following business day. Any ordered items not in stock will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. If an out of stock item is delayed more than 10 days, Ituner will contact the buyer and offer a credit, if the buyer so chooses.

Taxes

What states are required to pay sales tax?

Orders billing or shipping address in California will be charged sales tax.

How do I place an order with Mini-box.com that will have no tax applied?

1. Government Employee Tax Exemption:
Place your initial order online and please comment in the note area that you are a tax exempt customer. After you have submitted the order,
fax us at - your Government Tax exempt permit and include the order number.

2. California Reseller Tax Exemption:
please place your first order as normal, write "Reseller" under comments, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your order number.
Upon approval, we will remove all tax from your order.

3. Out of State Tax Exemption:
All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.

4. I have a California Reseller's Permit. How do I implement the permit with Mini-box.com
Please place your first order as normal, write "Reseller" in the memo field, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your order number.
Upon approval, we will remove all tax from your order.

International orders

Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates, as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes.
ITUNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH EXPENSES. THESE EXPENSES WILL NOT BE REFLECTED IN THE SALES ORDER CONFIRMATION OR THE INVOICE.
All such expenses will be the RESPONSABILITY the customer, regardless of whether the package is received or refused by the customer.

These charges will be different than what you may receive in your Order Confirmation Email. Orders sent to addresses outside the U.S. will be shipped via UPS Worlwide Express/ Saver/ Expedites or by USPS Priority Mail International for some selected countries.

Other common international carriers may be used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction of Ituner. Ituner makes no claims or representations regarding warranties, compatibility, or service availability for any product shipped outside the continental United States.

Pay options

What options do I have to pay for my purchase?

1. Credit Card.
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express.When using your credit card, please be sure and provide the exact name and billing address that your credit card bank has on file for you.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. If you are shipping to a address other than your billing address additional documents will be required.

2. Net Terms Financing.
We accept purchase orders from educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses within the United States. You can submit an online credit application or print the application and fax your form to us.

3. Prepaid.
We will gladly accept your payment by money order, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, or company check. All payment must be in U.S. currency.
To pay by money order or cashier's check, choose the appropriate box in the payment selection, write the order number on your check, print your confirmation and wrap the check or money order in it and send it to us.

4. PayPal.
We will gladly accept your payment by PayPal. Simply choose PayPal as your payment type in the page.
After you press the "Order" button in the page, you will be directed to Paypal's payment page to complete the transaction.

5. Why must Mini-box.com verify my shipping address?
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized.
Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address.

6. How can my credit/debit card be declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?
A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons.
Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly or contact your credit card company for more information.

7. Does Mini-box.com know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
We are not given a reason when a charge declines. Please verify you have given us the correct numbers, expiration date and billing address. If so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.

Ituner doesn't accept credit cards for orders from Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia and Singapore

Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances Ituner's maximum liability is limited to the price of the products sold. Ituner shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Ituner shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, not for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of nusiness, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Ituner is aprides of the possibility of such claims or damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Ituner and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not govern the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement. Ituner and Customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State Courts of the State of California, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Ituner that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
