Ituner warrants their products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of original purchase. Ituner, at its option, will at no charge for parts and labor replace the product during the warranty period.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Ituner, you may return it to us for a exchange or store credit.
Full Refunds are only for products that are retuned within 30 days of purchase. If an RMA is requsted by the final days of the "30 day" time frame, we must receive the products in 2 weeks from the date of RMA. Else, 15% charges will be applied.
All returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label.
Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Ituner are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D. charges are additional and non-refundable.
Log in to your account and request a RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. Fill in the form and don't forget to specify "refund" or "exchange" or any other instructions under comments. Print it, include it in the package and ship it back to:

Please write the Return Authorization number that you will receive on the shipping box. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and otherwise in new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, warranties and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
If customer returns a product for refund, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Ituner's Return Procedure will be breached and Ituner may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
If customer returns a product for exchange Mini-Box will determine the method of return shipping. If customer needs expedited (AIR) return, then customer would have to cover the expenses.

- Refunds are allowed only within 30 days from purchase, a charge of 15% will be applied
- After 30 days, only exchanges for defective products are allowed (no credits), and it must be with same motherboard.
Ituner reserves the right to reject any return sent without a valid Ituner RMA number or proper packing.
Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.
Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Ituner's maximum liability is limited to the price of the products sold. Ituner shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Ituner shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, not for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of nusiness, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Ituner is aprides of the possibility of such claims or damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Ituner and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not govern the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement. Ituner and Customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State Courts of the State of California, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Ituner that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
